SUMMER FUN AT INFINITY CAMPUS

Summer camps are rolling at the Boys and Girls Club’s Infinity Campus. Coach David, Coach Savannah, and Coach Gabbie, LPGA, were very impressed by the children’s enthusiasm. The Coaches are thrilled to mentor such eager students. These camps not only provide golf fun but also teach valuable skills such as sportsmanship and perseverance.

As the summer continues, our Coaches look forward to guiding these young athletes further through our golf and life skills curriculum. Our Coaches’ dedication ensures every child at the Infinity Campus can grow and succeed.

TEENS THRIVE ON THE GREENS

Our Westside Learning Center is bustling this summer with teens perfecting their golf skills. Recently, teens joined Coach Gabbie, LPGA, and Coach Dave to learn about putting and refine their full-swing techniques. The atmosphere was filled with camaraderie and laughter as they embraced the challenges of the sport.

Coach Gabbie noticed the teens’ enthusiasm and progress. The students are gaining more than just golf skills. It’s a place where community bonds are forged and personal growth is nurtured, making every visit a meaningful experience for these young athletes.

ACE – Game-Planning For The Future

Join our Ace Program!  Ace is an additional capstone program built for teens to help them game-plan what’s next. It integrates the skills and inner strengths they’ve developed at First Tee and points them toward exploring, investing in, and building a clear plan and assets for their next step. In 2024, there will be 7-10 “ACE Days” that will take place during a day off of school where students will gather to complete projects and play golf. This is a program that is a benefit to your eligible students and is in addition to your already existing First Tee program. Students must be 16 years old and an active participant in our program for at least 3 years. Please visit our registration website.

Fun With The Champions Club

First Tee programs are active at The Champions Club at Summerfield. We are currently running multiple programs for students of all ages and abilities.

On Thursdays, Coach Liam runs an after-school class for novice to intermediate players. This class has grown tremendously due to Coach Liam’s dedication to the students. This class focuses on the commitments and the fundamentals of golf. His students demonstrate an increase in student confidence and skillset.

On Saturdays, Coach Gabbie, LPGA, runs two LPGA Girls Golf Classes. This is a unique opportunity for girls to learn the game of golf in a female-dominated environment. Coach Gabbie always enjoys class with her students.
